I am shopping for outdoor patio furniture and really like the wicker patio sets that are on the market today. Most of the sets I have seen are not your typical, old fashioned wicker. They are made of a composite product that is “all weather wicker!” Not only does it look beautiful, but it is built to last. The material is a resin weave and it is made to be able to withstand being outside in all types of weather. It will not splinter, rot, or decay. When investing in outdoor furniture, I want it to last for many, many years!

Another feature that I am drawn to with wicker outdoor patio furniture is the fact that most of the pieces come with cushions. I really like the deep, comfortable cushions that come in numerous colors and patterns. The cushions can really help brighten your ourdoor space and can help set the tone of your decor.

Ideally I would love to purchase a seating set and a patio dining set. That would really complete our outdoor patio nicely!

I recently visited my parents’ home in Florida and was blown away with a gorgeous new fireplace that they had purchased. They had it in their living room, which, in the past had no fireplace. Their unit was not your original wood-burning fireplace with a mantel. It was actually a gorgeous piece of furniture that contained an electric fireplace. It was absolutely stunning!

It was perfect for placing their 60-inch flatscreen television on top and had room for their blueray player and other electronic equipment.

When turned on, the fireplace itself wonderfully resembled a real fireplace. And, it generated a warmth that was fantastic…especially in these cold weather months. The great part is, the fireplace can be turned on for ambience – even without the heat – so it can be turned on to create a warm, cozy environment, regardless of the time of year!

I am so bored today. The weather sucks so bad, and there is nothing to do. It is raining like cats and dogs out there, and it does not seem like there is going to be any letup.
